PIK Manufacturing Enterprise is a modern automated production facility located in Kstovo city. The plant implements a complete cycle of metal structure production and provides the services of hot galvanization.

Since its foundation in 2018, the company has grown to feature a 55,000 m2 manufacturing plant, a team of 600+ employees, and 200 units of state-of-the-art equipment. This ensures high productivity and superior product quality.

With our advanced production capabilities, we can promptly fulfill orders according to GOST standards, with an annual capacity of galvanizing up to 150,000 tons of metal products and manufacturing 90,000+ tons of metal structures.

ZVEZDA LLC

Zvezda LLC specializes in the production of all-terrain machinery to be operated in the Extreme North conditions.

Based on 90-year design experience, the Company is currently developing the RUSAK project, creating reliable and off-way wheel and tracked vehicles.

The production process includes advanced CNC technologies, laser cutting, welding and anti-corrosion protection of metal structures.

Zvezda’s all-terrain vehicles pass successfully testing in extreme conditions, including expeditions in the Arctic region and joint projects with EMERCOM and Naval Forces of Russia.
